Born CLIPPY

When my daughter Jorjie, six, wanted to dress up as a golden Lego ninja, I couldn’t find a costume to buy — so I made my own. I opened a cardboard box and cut a hole for her head to create a tunic, which I sprayed gold before drawing on the extra details. Then I glued A3 card into a tube to make the head, and added the Lego top using another sheet of card. I drew the eyes on with permanent marker, then cut holes so she could see. She was thrilled, and it was so cheap to make.
