I wanted to make some beautiful and unique baubles. After piercing both ends of a large egg with a sharp needle, I blew through one hole to remove the white and yolk, then carefully rinsed the inside of the shell under the tap. Once it had dried, I painted, then varnished it, before threading a piece of string through it, adding beads and knotting both ends. Finally, I tied a loop at the top and hung it on my Christmas tree.
