I have my milk, bread and eggs delivered by the milkman, who pops it all into a crate outside my door. To keep it protected until I take it in, I made a cover for the crate. I found some PVC fabric, cut it down to size and hemmed it. Then, I threaded elastic through the hem so it would stretch over the crate. It looks bright and works a treat.
