Preparing for a New Year’s Eve party, I wanted to create a wall feature next to my buffet table. So I tied a plastic champagne bottle with string to a nail in the wall. Then I stuck silver bells to the wall to look like champagne bubbles. Finally I added a pyramid of paper cups and glittery confetti. Happy new year!
