When I wanted to give my mum Sylvia something special, I first washed out an empty bottle. Then I spray-painted the bottle black. Once the paint had dried, I added a piece of pink ribbon and popped in some pink roses. Then I gave it to Mum. She was thrilled with her new vase and she loved that it didn’t cost me a penny.
