I found an old hula-hoop that was just gathering dust and decided to upcycle it. I peeled back the outer layer around the hoop. Then I painted the hoop gold before adding some artificial flowers and vines. Finally, I wrapped a string of LED lights around it. It makes a really fabulous wall hanging.
